A tender 5 oz AAA top sirloin steak topped with heart of romaine, sliced red onion, grilled peppers, cracked black pepper and drizzled with our own extra-virgin olive oil, served on a rosemary focaccia.

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Slow roasted pork marinated in our own southern style House BBQ, served on a rosemary focaccia bun. On side garnish includes a romaine leaf topped with diced tomato, onion and jalapeños.

Crisp iceberg lettuce with sliced Roma tomato and bacon served on buttered sourdough bread, mayo on the side.
